Role Objective :  
Provide administrative support and assistance to CEO SUITE Clients and Colleagues.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Reception Work
  • New Clients’ Set-up
  • Clients’ Exit Activities
  • Secretarial Services
Qualifications and Experience :
  • Education: Any business-related course
  • Experience :At least 2 years experience in admin functions; secretarial; reception; front desk; handling customers inquiries and concerns in a service-oriented industry
Knowledge and Skills :
  • Secretarial Skills
  • MS Office/Computer Skills
  • Business Communication Skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Office Management Skills
