DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Coordinate with LCS Sales Team to provide customer needs, in order for retrofit need from customers
- Receives and initiates the processing of orders and communicates with the customer on finalized pricing,status, lead times, due dates, routings and delivery information
- Coordinate customer communication with service team relating to the scheduling of service work and addresing any warranty, replacement and additional parts required needs
- Address any and all customer concerns relating to final order shipment status, follow up documentation and preliminary response pertaining to invoicing concerns
- 25 – 35 years old
- Bachelor degree
- Proficiency in computers (PC,MS Office,CAD) required
- Preferable several years of professional experience in the food or beverage industry is advantage
- Posses a strong service-mind with excellent customer contact skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia and abroad
- Very good command of verbal and written English
- Able speak Germany is advantage
- Has own vehicle (preferably)
