DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Responsibility :
  • Create employee fulfillment strategy for Branches in Centra Java
  • Recruit employees for Branches using appropriate recruitment tools
  • Develop and regularly update training policies and procedures
  • Conduct TNA, develop training materials based on the needs, and deliver training
  • Ensure that all employees are provided with required skills and knowledge for their job
  • Conduct training evaluations based on the agreed standard
  • Prepare and maintain training budget
  • Liaise with external training provider for special training
  • Develop motivational program for employees
  • Develop internal communication media for employees
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum S1 from any discipline
  • 3 or more years relevant experiences from banking, insurance, multi finance, or microfinance industry is more preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Demonstrate good records of developing and delivering training
  • Have experience in recruiting staffs and able to use appropriate recruitment tools
  • Excellent computer skill
  • Willing to travel
  • Willing to be relocated in Purwokerto, Cilacap, Kebumen - Central Java
