Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • • Required skill(s):
    • Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of HR
    • Knowledge of the methods and procedures used in collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting data
    • Knowledge of state and federal regulations in assigned area.
    • Skill in problem analysis and resolution.
    • Skill in leading the work of others.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with others.
  • • Familiar and understand design and implement overall recruiting strategy
    • Solid knowledge of hr policies and best practices
    • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
    • Preferably coordinators specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Warung Buncit.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
