Job Description


  • Develops strategies to meet annual sales goals
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales for Superior
  • Supervises all banquet events to include scheduling date and time for events, menus, pricing, staffing, signing and the deposit
  • Arrange Banquet package to meet cost and company profit
  • Communicates with customers before, during and after event
  • Holds a database of contacts for repeat and future bookings
  • Other duties as required
Requirements :
  • 3 years of related experience same position
  • Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction required
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to work a variable and flexible schedule which may include nights, and weekends
  • Lead a team and effectively multitask to achieve an unforgettable hospitality experience for all guests
  • Sales goals and profit oriented
  • Good presentation skill
  • High energy, a fun loving spirit, and the ability to motivate a team
  • Have background and experience in restaurants
