Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for the overall operation of Modern Market Channel
  • Responsible in setting and implementing the strategies for managing all key modern trade customers, Key Account Supervisors and operations in assigned channel
  • Manage sales and revenue growth for a key account channel across all product categories
  • Develop sales strategy for Key Accounts based on market needs, KA structure, competitive situation and company targets
  • Negotiate yearly Trading Term with all Key Accounts in line with annual business plan target and budget
  • Supervise all KAM (Key Account Managers) to monitor and maximize performance of all Key Accounts
  • Building good partnership with all Key Account to achieve high level of performance
  • Hand in hand with Trade Marketing to set up trade promo or big campaine for all products in monthly or yearly
  • Routine monitoring achievement all target in all Key Accounts, analize and decide the needed action plan
  • Monitor and Analyze all Promo in Modern Outlet (NKA/ LKA) and Evaluating the effectiveness of implement Programs
  • Monitoring all competitor activities in Modern Market.Set up the annually business plan for Sales & Marketing Dept
  • Analyze and Decide the Marketing Programs for Traditional and Modern Market
  • Regularly check the performance of sub distributors
  • Make coordination with factory regarding the inventory, the production plan, production capacity, production problem, etc
  • Regularly empowering and sharing knowledge or experiences to KAM and Supervisor for building motivation and make them more integrity and independent people

Requirements:

  • Male between 35 – 45 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent from respected / reputable University
  • Min. 5 years of experience in the sales area in FMCG sector, including about 2 years on national key account management position
  • Good leadership, result orientation, good networking and foresight skill
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Very strong leading and interpersonal skill
  • Experience in building long-term relations with clients
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Willing to work under pressure
