Job Description


  • To manage and handle Company’s full spectrum of accounts and finance functions , including but not limited to full set accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, tax compliance, bank reconciliations
  • To ensure accurate financial reporting and timely submission to Corporate Office
  • Review existing and implement finance and accounting procedures and policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial requirements
  • To perform statistical analysis of financial data by analysing operations, trends, costs, revenues and reports to management and make recommendations for improvement
  •  To proactively work with the Management to improve bottom line and cost efficiency by identifying costs including inventory, labor cost, operation cost for improvement
  • To implement effective and efficient internal control system and ensure strict adherence to internal control policies, risk management assessment and make recommendations to enhance protection of company’s asset
  • To act as liaison officer with Bankers and tax agent
  • Possess at least a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent professional qualification in accounting
  • At least 6 years’ working experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in the hotel/ property development industry
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Results-oriented, tenacious and able to handle stressful situations and complete assignments within short notice
  • Good presentation and effective communication skills
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
