Job  Requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law or Psychology
  • Minimum 3 -5 Years of experience in HRD and Legal or HRD Generalist
  • Have knowledge about Labor Law and Other HR Related Regulation in Indoneia
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill and able to interact with all level
  • Full Time Position (s) available

  • Handling Job Evaluation and Training
  • Responsibility Benefit, Compensation, Such as Payroll, Overtime, Healthy, Insurance, BPJS
  • Handling Performance Appraisal and Key Performance Indikator
  • Handling Industrial Relation Affair (Disnaker DKI and Community Affair)
  • Handling Legal Activities, such as Legal Aspect of agreement and representation of government and corporation and corporation laws, regulation and procedure
  • Have Strong knowledge and experienced in service company
  • Process recruitment new employee : Permanent and Contract
