Job description:
• Managing and motivating the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
• Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
• Providing or organizing training.
• Ensuring that a good level of customer service is delivered at the stores.
• Ensuring that all Sales Staffs and employees are well groomed, neat and tidy.
• Responding to customer complaints and comments.

Persyaratan

OB REQUIREMENT :
 
• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other related field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in the position with concentration in retail operations management.
• Good command of English – oral and written communication.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Possess effective leadership and the ability to motivate the Sales Staffs.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
• Result driven.
• Willing to work in shifts.
