Job Description

  • To be key IT analyst and support for core back-office & front-office applications
  • To understand business processes (preferable from consumer finance or banking business), to talk to business representatives
  • To describe new business requirement and improvements
  • To perform 2nd and 3rd level application support
  • Investigate bugs and simulate incorrect system behavior
  • Track and monitor system issues
  • Provide application support for business users and internal customers
  • Perform software tests
  • To cooperate with our international SW provider
  • To create, prepare, and maintain system documentation
  • Take care of system localization
