Job Description

  • Sourcing, screening and selecting qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates
  • Handle employee database and relations
  • Make monthly report on recruitment and selection
  • Prepare internal and external job advertisement, web posting, and other materials
  • Assist HR administration


  • Degree in Psychology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 Years of experience in recruitment, preferably from Consulting Firm, Head Hunter
  • Good knowledge in Human Resources with good communication and interview skills.
  • Capable to handle administration job
  • Computer literate and proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and writing skill in Bahasa and English are a must
  • Have a creative and pro-active characteristic
  • Have a huge willingness to learn
  • Have a strong analytical and problem solving skill
  • Min 25 years old
