ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: CAREER/TALENT STRATEGIC PLANNING:Business leader stakeholder and relationship management.Planning, prioritization and alignment to Group Career/Talent and business strategy.Adoption and deployment of Group Program/Policy and accommodation of specific local requirement (LoB/BU).Career/Talent budgeting.Oversight of end-to-end Career-Talent processes.DEFINE & DEVELOP CAREER-TALENT PROGRAM:Partner with HRBP, various leaders and L&D leads to gather business requirements, solutions to drive performance, leadership, career growth and skill sustainment.Conduct Group/LoB/BU needs  analysis on employee development needs on a semi-annual basis or as required.Design and implement talent development strategy and other people strategies for specific unit business to support engagement and employee capability building and key leadership capabilities aligned to business initiatives and goals.Conduct research, present best practices and solutions to actively support group’s needs.Partner with HRBP to define project goals, timelines, resource requirements, engagement strategies.Leverage feedback and data from talent development program and initiatives to measure and report on program effectiveness and make continuous enhancements.CAREER-TALENT ADMINISTRATION:Career-Talent process management system.Project management and post-program administration.Career-Talent Database management and evaluation.MEASURE LEARNING:Defining and maintaining key performance indicators of the Career-Talent Program Delivery.Career-Talent KPIs reporting.Continuous Improvement planning. BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATION:Graduate of Education, HR Management or Psychology, preferably with Masteral degree.5-8 years of HR work experience with major exposure on OD, Career/Talent Development, Learning & Development.2-3 years of managerial work in Career/Talent Development function.Deeply understanding about competency-assessment center and their implementation.Strong knowledge about HR & Career-Talent business process.Knowledge of designing/developing Career & Talent Program/Project including integration with Reward System.Experience in data analysis and reporting on talent metrics.Strong presentation and facilitation skills.People Leadership experienced is an asset.Personal Qualification: analytical capability, ability to relate well with executives and senior people, team player and hands-on worker, able to take appropriate initiatives, ability to work under pressure.
