- Update Sales Agent database related to attendance, salary deduction, Disciplinary action accurately.
- Manage Sales Agent allocation per region and keep maintain the update so that every information in the database is accurate with the real situation.
- Involve in disciplinary action, revalidate the MS data and act as a companion if Sales Agent is being interview by AF or security team to ensure all the investigation process is fair and thorough.
- Prepare report about Sales Agent disciplinary case based on the investigation process.
