Job Description

Qualification : Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Others or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Required language(s): English   JOB DESK    Co coordinating for bills approvals from management for the bills / payment requests received from various departments in the company, Keeping track of all Insurance renewals and property tax due dates and timely payments  ( Company assets, Vehicle STNK  and management personal assets insurances and personal Insurances ), Handling visa formalities for expats ( Rptk to Kitas ) by co coordinating with consultants, Keeping track of giros received with customers and remittance to banks for the same based on due date, Filing the giros in the brankas and taking photocopy of all docs. Keeping track of employees in and out timings and reporting the same to director of the company on daily basis, Responsible to collect the bank statements for all the company bank accounts and management personal bank account statements on every month and filing and sending the copies to accounts and tax divisions, Travel desk management – Arrangement of air tickets, hotels, visa etc  based on request, Secretarial related jobs – Draft of letters etc, Keeping track  of all the Bank loan accounts and timely  renewal of loan agreements by  coordinating between management and banks, Support to accounts payable team for scheduling signatories for regular payments on daily basis, Checking the banks for daily bank balances and taking print of mutasi Making Giros / Ceks as and when required. To help  to CFO in controlling local staffs, Any other work as may be assigned from time to time
