Requirements:
  1. Strong technical helpdesk skill and fast learner 
  2. Fluent in English both oral and written
  3. Customer oriented 
  4. Good attitude, dicipline and proactive 
  5. Problem Solver, creative thinking and team work 
  6. Willing to work in the Saturday and holiday if needed
  7. Willing to work with shifting hour
Responsibilities:
  • Support all user for the request and incident also, responsible for the provision of IT Help desk Services. Manage ticketing system and monitoring 
  • 1st level support troubleshooting
  • Manage and monitor SDP Ticket, analyze and also provide the report.
  • Daily monitoring and log 
  • Helpdesk services with ex. 888
  • Helpdesk reporting 
  • Genesys support
