Job Description


• Min. 27 years old.

• Certifications in one or more of the following areas are strongly preferred : ITIL, MCSA(Windows Server 2012),VMWare Certified, CCNP, CCNA

• Three or more years experience as technical support/system administrator

• Excellent in English both oral & written

• Excellent in verbal & written communication skills

• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory

• Familiar with ERP & SQL Server

• Ability to troubleshoot technical hardware & software issues in a timely manner

• A Proactive thinker with the ability to anticipate problems, troubleshoot and proactively resolve them

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast paced environment.


• Serve as IT Service Management Domain Practitioner for the organization

• Ensure Service Targets & SLAs are met.

• Maintain the IT CMDB & Service Catalog including but not limited to: servers, desktop PCs, switches, firewalls, printers, email, internet, ERP, Office Tools, other tools

• Ensure security of data, information, network access and backup systems.

• Conduct IT Policy in the organization.

• Assist various IT Projects required by IT Manager.

• Perform day to day administration, technical assistance, installing and maintaining all IT related systems & devices.
