Carrying out the administrative work of cinema based on the SOP and company regulations, regarding about all the operational with Government, Vendors,
and every related department in Head Office.
Collect and updating the whole employee’s data (new & existing)
Making report and update the employee’s benefits
Preparing report and checking all documents of operation support data needed into related department.
Handling and create report for petty cash and cash-in CGV* site.
Doing payments and make invoice CGV* site into the third parties (Government &/or Vendors)
Communicating and updating a policy from the Head Office into employee’s site.
Conduct arrangements and reservations on staff Travel and Accommodation based
on company regulations.
Update and reporting MPP CGV* Site.
Reporting employee benefits related into HR C&B (Time Attendance, Annual Leave, Over Time, and other related benefits)
Update requesting employee needs related into HR Generalist (Uniform, ID-card, Name Tag/Card, and etc).
Assist the HR Generalist related to Government document needs.
Finance & Accounting
Updating and reporting Petty cash monthly related into Finance & Accounting.
Updating and reporting Taxes for all payments from Government &/or Vendor.
Age max. 26 years old.
Minimum High School in Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or equivalent.
Having 1 year's experience in Administration will be an advantage.
Computer literate (Ms. Office, Internet, Email, etc).
Good command in English will be an advantage.
Good Interpersonal, Appearance, and Communication Skills
Team work oriented, fully initiative detail oriented and can work under pressure
Willing to work with shifting schedule and to be placed in Padang
