Job Description

Primary role : To ensure all export and import jobs are being processed completely and accurately in order to achieve excellent service and create the organization Experience. Develop, guide and monitor direct subordinate to achieve optimal performance through coaching & counseling, conducting performance management, training and other developmental tools. Job responsibilities : To verify all export and import jobs are meets customer’s target. To supervise export and import staff to ensure error minimization, zero delays and to maximize productivity To maintain close relationship with customers by proactive and responsive communications Responsible for ensuring that organization’s Management System Standards are followed and enforced. Ensure compliance to legislative requirements are met or exceeded. Job requirements : Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management or any major. Min. 5 years experiences in freight forwarding/logistics business with at least 2-3 years in supervisory level.
