Job Description

As an Online Sales Merchandiser, you are responsible to handle: Check daily orders from online resellers (Zalora, Shoppee, Bobobobo, iLotte etc) and direct brand websites Confirm availability, quality and accuracy of stocks Work with sales staff to source appropriate stock in and outside of warehouse Understand each customer’s order requirements and proactively ensure that they are met  Document your processes and interactions, amend customer orders and finance applications, keeping your excel files accurate and up to date at all times  Make daily invoices and monthly sales reports for Management review Suggest slow-moving products to marketing for higher exposure Maintain communication and relationships with online resellers Execute smart and effective distribution of products across all sales points Responsible for strategic allocation of incoming inventory to sales points Maintain healthy and balanced inventory levels for all sales points Communicate product analysis results with product development team Prepare proposals for markdown/clearance for outdated/slow-moving styles Weekly to monthly product analysis reports based on useful retail metrics Weekly to monthly sales reports from macro to micro view Report any disruptions or status changes to merchandising manager Timely coordination on online marketing events and product promotions with internal marketing and offline merchandising team Communicate all proposed promotional programs from online resellers ((Zalora, Shoppee, Bobobobo, iLotte) back to Management Requirements: Minimal Bachelor Degree in any major, with min. GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00) Minimal 2 years of e-commerce merchandising experience Work exposure in fashion a plus Cooperate with internal delivery team to make sure your items are received and sent out on time Effective verbal and written communication skills Self motivated, take own initiative to resolve issues Ability to build consensus and foster cooperation across various departments Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word Confident and helpful, willing to go beyond for our customers Willing to adapt and learn Be able to multitask and handle stress well Organized and an attention to detail Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia If you meet the qualification and up for the challenge, please send your complete resume and current color photograph.
