Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring all dispute resolution activities in the card dispute of credit card transactions Visa in cooperation with Home Credit in accordance with standard operation procedure Home Credit and Visa to minimize operational risk or loss
  • To do Analyze, investigate and decided to use the correct dispute code for credit card complaints
  • Conducting retrieval, chargeback, arbitration and compliance processes in accordance with the SOP
  • Perform case logging activities and create proofing in accordance with SLA and organize and case filling documents for administrative order and documentation
  • Responsibility to validate Quarterly Report to Visa regarding performance Credit Card HCI and maintain SLA of delivery time to distribute that report to Visa
