Job Description: Fulfilling the recruitment needs within the company in an efficient and effective manner. Handling all aspects of recruitment process (Generating job ad, sourcing CVs, conducting phone/face to face interview up to the offering stage). In charge of the candidate’s joining date. Accountable for the development and socialization of employers branding of the company through campus workshops and or any other related promotional events. Generating monthly report in regards to recruitment and hiring process in the company.
