COMPANY CATEGORY :  Japanese Machinery Manufacturing   JOB SUMMARY :  Provide leadership in development and implementation of strategic and tactical Human Resource initiatives (e.g. in Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement etc.) and General Affairs/Administration functions focused on achieving business objectives HR Development HR Management Risk Management To manage risk management activities: Legal affairs (law & regulations, business licenses, compliance) and Business sustainability (dealer/supplier risk, disaster, foreign risk, etc.)   EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :  Education: Bachelor Degree HR Management/Business Management or equivalent major Language: English Business Level Experience: 5 years in HRGA Managerial level 10-years human resource in all Human Resources functions including 5 years human resource generalist experience 5-years experience in a HR managerial position role at multinational company within Indonesia Experience and knowledge of HR policies, Labor Law and practices in Indonesia Experience as team leader of successful negotiation with Labor Union Experience in establishing/modifying HR policies in Indonesia Experience in establishing/deploying training and development programs for high potentials Prior experience in Japanese Manufacturing or Machinery Industry will be an added advantage Good coaching experience/skills   BENEFIT: THR BPJS Detail will be discussed in the interview   ONLY CV IN ENGLISH WILL BE PROCESSED
