Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time. 2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback from various channels, such as: email, telephone, Instagram, Facebook, live chat & marketplaces. 3. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints according to support procedures and demonstrate proper courtesy via various channels, such as: email, telephone, Instagram, Facebook, live chat & marketplaces. 4. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. 5. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. 6. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. 7. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. 8. Provide communication in harmony with all legal, regulatory, and privacy guidelines
