  • Organize, analyze and improve Performance Management process
  • Develop and conduct training to ensure that all Performance Management systems are understood
  • Maintain, organize and improve Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS): time off, employee records, overtime, payroll, etc
  • Troubleshoot and solve HRIS issues together with IT department
  • Analyze, create and implement CI projects in the department
  • Involve in HR Global projects
  • Establish, review and update HR procedures
  • Coordinate and support other departments related with HR process


  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or any major
  • Have minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource Information System, Performance Management and Payroll
  • Have competencies in Analytical Thinking; Ability to Change, Working Systematically, Teamwork and 
  • Cooperation, Customer Focus and Drive for Results
  • Advance in Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, Ms. Word, etc.) and HRIS knowledge
  • Profound in English communication skills
