Requirement : Max 35 years old University graduate holding bachelor degree from reputable university Min. 4-5 years in supervising role Deep understanding of the operations and processes of dealers Deep understanding of dealer and territory management Negotiation skill Channel/customer insight (coverage management) Business performance & analysis Forecasting Job Desc : Plan to deliver the Plan Create area sales plans in line with regional plan, and recommend appropriate Resource to achieve volumes target, distribution objectives and sales forecasting To ensure clear and timely communication of plans and activities to dealer Provide accurate area sales forecasting for the month, quarter and the year Identify potential risks, oppotunities and misses, communicate accordingly and recommend solution Network Management Team up with cross functional team to conduct distributor business planning process to Achieve agreed distributor KPI's in his or her area Effectively track dealer performance in his or her area on a timely basis Prepare and supervised new dealer preparation Sales program Execution Effectively communicate sales program to area field sales organization Check and report sales program implementation and competitor activities and his or her area                                      If you feel that you can meet the qualification and up for the challenge, please send your complete resume and current color photograph by clicking button bellow
