Responsibilities Responsible in developing hygiene and sanitation operations standards Managing and ensuring that operations are in compliance with hygiene and sanitation operations standards Ensure all hygiene and sanitation policy & procedure are adhered to & improvement are in place Ensure compliance of all parties with hygiene & sanitation regulations and standard company requirements and provides in-house training if necessary Conducts and checks daily/monthly inspections on the personal, environmental, and hygiene & sanitation conditions Provide technical advice and identifies key areas of risk in various hygiene & sanitation operations for corrective action plan Maintains and makes improvements to hygiene & sanitation standards throughout the operations Works closely with Safety Management team Regularly review and refresh the safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards to ensure consistency of performance with management Requirements Minimum Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major Minimum 2 years experiences in Food & Beverage Industry Self-driven, willing to work hard & able to work under pressure Certified in HACCP,  ISO 22000 & General K3 Good analytical thinking & technology savvy Flexibility with working hours Facilitating skills & good interpersonal skills Good proficiency in English both written & spoken Willing to travel throughout Indonesia   If you feel that you can meet the qualification and up for the challenge, please send your complete resume and current color photograph by clicking button bellow
