Job Description : Responsible to achive Company’s sales target by pro-actively penetrating the market and acquire new business opportunities. Detail Job as follow, Develop and execute sales plan and strategies. Penetrate the market by doing sales call, sales visit, sales penetration, sales negotition in order to get the sales deal. Liaises and coordinates closely with related department to understand customer’s need and look for suitable solutions. Identifies, develops, and maintains relationship with Clients. Know and understand tender rules and requirment, prepare tender documents and attend related tender meeting. Doing sales survey with operation, prepare sales proposal and follow itu up thoroughly. Job Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Marketing/Business Development field are preferable). At least 3 years of working experience as Sales & Marketing Asst. Manager in any field. Possess good communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, and computer skills (Ms. Office). Must be goal and target oriented, flexible, creative under pressure and have excellent problem solving skills. Well understanding in English, verbal and written. Willing to be travelled in Indonesia.
