Job Description


• Minimum S1 from Accounting or Finance related with a good understanding of accounting and finance

• Must have Breavet A & B certification

• Female is preferred

• Minimum 1-year related experience

• Have the ability to operate accounting software (Ms. Excel and Accurate).

• Have the ability to make a P&L report, Journal, Balance Sheet, etc.

• Able to work as a team or individual

• Able to deal with targets and work under pressure

• Having accuracy and good numeracy skills

• Trustworthy person


• Process and manage company’s financial statements

• Record Business transactions

• Responsible for managing the company's financial data to meet the qualitative objectives of taxation calculations.

• Provide financial planning advice in the future that has an impact on taxes.

• Responsible for journal posting into the system

• Ensuring that the checking and verification of the completeness of documents relating to financial transactions are carried out properly.

• Ensuring that reconciliation and adjustments to financial data are carried out properly

• Responsible for finding, managing, allocating funds, and making payments at the company.

• Responsible for managing the company's cash flows and budgets

• Responsible Corporate financial transactions for both internal (payroll, employee reimbursement, etc.) and external (supplier)

• Process Billing to the customer
