Job Description

  • Lead the customer development, ideation, technical development, and launch of new features and product initiatives.
  • Improve customer experience and drive engagement and growth.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Working closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Establish a shared vision among product stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and features leading to launch and execution.
  • Specify and research initiatives with extreme detail.
  • Effectively use data and analytics to evolve and inform the direction of product development.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

  • 2+ years of experience in product/project management.
  • At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex products and market dynamics and translate to clear, actionable specifications for product improvement.
  • Be data-driven and comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Firebase, etc.
  • Ability to model problems and solve it using business frameworks thinking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors.
  • Have a knack for creating simple and effective user interfaces and the ability to generate examples through mockups and wireframes.
  • Be able to build and scale in a fast-growing company with a focus on execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in B2C platform is a plus.
