- Lead the customer development, ideation, technical development, and launch of new features and product initiatives.
- Improve customer experience and drive engagement and growth.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Working closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.
- Establish a shared vision among product stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and features leading to launch and execution.
- Specify and research initiatives with extreme detail.
- Effectively use data and analytics to evolve and inform the direction of product development.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- 2+ years of experience in product/project management.
- At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field.
- Ability to quickly understand complex products and market dynamics and translate to clear, actionable specifications for product improvement.
- Be data-driven and comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Firebase, etc.
- Ability to model problems and solve it using business frameworks thinking.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors.
- Have a knack for creating simple and effective user interfaces and the ability to generate examples through mockups and wireframes.
- Be able to build and scale in a fast-growing company with a focus on execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in B2C platform is a plus.
