JOB SUMMARY : 

  • Interpret English to Japanese (vice versa) during the meeting, and translate documents
  • Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
  • Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status
  • Administration tasks related with this position

 

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS : 

  • Education: Min. Diploma Degree any major
  • Language: Japanese Business Level (JLPT N2/N1). English Intermediate Level
  • Experience: 1 year as Japanese Interpreter or Sales Support Staff
  • Solid knowledge of MS. Excel
