  • Recruitment and layoff (from staff to managerial levels)
  • Handling payroll
  • Handling cases in court or labor union
  • Reviewing Performance Managemen system (propose, review, prepare) and other consolidations

 

Job Requirement

  • 35-50 years old male, will be placed in Jakarta
  • Experienced in recruiting and layoff (from staff to managerial levels)
  • Understand about Depnaker rules and experienced of handling some cases in court or labor union (field employee)
  • Experienced of working in small, medium and big company (0-100; 100-250; 250-1000)
  • Experienced of reviewing Performance Management system (propose, review, prepare) and other consolidations
