Job Description

  • As part of the product team, build the product vision and execute on the prioritized roadmap for your product area
  • Seek product ideas and feedback from stakeholders, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows
  • Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
  • Participate in user research initiatives with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions
  • Define, track, and analyze key metrics to drive product growth
  • Strong analytical / quantitative and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college ininformation technology, computer science, or simmilar is required. An advanced degree an advantage but not required.
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products.
  • Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project.
  • You know how to work with agile product development teams and are excited about identifying new ways to help your team be effective.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of the marketing, product, decision support models, and operations that drive customer experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience working across multiple disciplines presenting findings to an executive audience.
  • Have strong analytical skill with an emphasis on product development.
  • Passionate and can influence the team to work together effectively toward the same goal.
  • High proficiency in communication skill, written and spoken (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English) and are a confident communicator.
  • Prior experience in building B2B product platforms is great plus.
