  • Answer incoming calls and respond  to customer's email
  • Management and resolve customer complaints
  • Sell Products and Place customers orders in to computer system
  • Provide product and services information to customers 

Job Requirement

  • Associate Degree or Equivalent
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • 1-2 years of experience in call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Good Listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
