  • Developed formulas from lab to commercial scale.
  • Conduction trial in laboratories and production.
  • Identification, analysis and interpretation of lifestyle, retail and food trends to ensure the concept in it to provide strategic innovation and profitable sales growth relevant to the market.
  • Develop and present the concept of product development in accordance with the agreed product direction.
  • Responsible for the development of new products related to food safety systems, quality assurance and product Halal.
  • Responsible for maintaining confidentiality in the R&D environment.
  • Work with neat, detail, structured and able to explore more.

  • Min S1 majoring in Food Technology.
  • Min 2 years experiences as R & D in food industry.
  • Have significant experience in Food industry, with experience in Product Development.
  • Have passion on Food and have an interest in trends and insights in the Food industry.
  • Have good knowledge in the formulation, processing, ingredients and characteristics of food products.
  • Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety and ISO.
  • Flavor and spices understanding.
