  • Collaborate with the Marcomm Team.
  • Identify both current and new viral trends and insights. Including trends in social media recently.
  • Discover underperforming areas and identify opportunities to improve the digital experience.
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns to effectively promote Avoskin's product through social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, & YouTube).
  • Develop detailed reports that shows the amount of traffic online campaigns are generating, breakdown budget, and outlining the timetables and schedules for online marketing campaigns and social media customer service performance.
  • Building communication with consumers through social media (direct messages, comments, etc).
  • Supervise and monitoring Social Media Customer Service
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring Avoskin Social Media.
  • Manage and oversee Social Media content.
  • Responsible for the customer service team on Instagram Direct Message.
  • Measure the success of every social media activity.
  • Proficient to use social media analytic tools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest best practice and technologies.
  • Monitor Ads and SEO and user engagement to optimise content for the next plan.
  • Strengthen analysis in reporting processing.
