  • Develop short & long term plans based on the corporate & Indonesia goals and objectives
  • Goals and objectives are uniformly understood and executed
  • Lead the growth of the company to achieve and exceed revenue, profit & strategic targets
  • Develop and manage the sales, alliances and partners in Indonesia
  • Develop and identify business opportunities by expanding market presence in Indonesia
  • Shape and scale strategic deals

All rounded General Manager/Sales Professional experienced working with and achieving support from all business units.

Proven of track record of established  success projects of the company in cross market segments such as Banking & Finance, logistics, FMCG..
Work Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development within the IT Solutiobs environment with strong capability in selling complex solutions to enterprise organizations (both direct and with partners) with a strong track record of success.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working with large clients where complex relationships and approval environments are common
  • Exposure to cross industry sales models
  • Knowledge of solution selling – strategic vision and the tactical expertise to substantially grow the company’s existing business in a rapidly changing and growing business environment
  • Experienced building strategic sales plans and deals, strong capabilities in forecasting.
  • Strong business acumen to understand broadly the causes of business success in Indonesia. Intellectual faculty and analytical discipline to come to grips with building an Indonesian organization in a short period of time
  • Strong team player
  • Experience in IT Solutions
