A leading wet processing equipment industry 

Job Summary
This position is responsible for service support mainly to our customers and distributors/agents, and field service job in projects in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, and aftermarket opportunities on spare & wear parts sales (including flocculants) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). 

Principal Tasks
These are covered by but not limited to the items listed below. The incumbent is expected to take whatever action is appropriate to get the job done and to establish and maintain close and regular personal communications with all the people and systems considered necessary in order to execute the tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  •        Work independently for daily service work, such as project start up, installation, regular maintenance and customer’s training etc.
  •        Be responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem-solving.
  •        Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business opportunity during service trip; Responsible for the parts and other service sales so as to help the service sales revenue to be reached;
  •        Feedback the quality issue to supervisor and assist supervisor to handle customer complaints;
  •        Technical support for agents, distributors and end users, including technical training, technical consulting and troubleshooting;
  •        Work closely with the equipment sales team to develop the customer’s satisfaction and relationship;
  •        Provide technical and quality feedback to the supervisor, analyse the root cause;
  •        Timely logging of weekly report and monthly report;
  •        Perform other miscellaneous duties and/or special projects as required.
  •        To be aware of, and apply, Health and Safety regulations on-site.
  •        To apply good standards of engineering practice at all times.


Qualifications & Experience 
Should have electrical or mechanical engineering background.

  •        2 to 3 years’ experience in construction engineering industry.
  •        Should have a valid driving license and able to drive.
  •        Fluent in English both in reading and communication skills, capable to write reports and communicate speaking in English.
  •        Willing to travel frequently.
  •        Good attitude on customer service.
