- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Experienced in FMCG, Retail or Distribution company for at least 2 years

- With all Trader team : set fit product of Warung Pintar for Makassar areas
- Set District Focus [mapping] for Makassar areas
- Set the pipeline, target breakdown and timeline
- Design Route Plan and target breakdown for Trader Representative with daily routing/Territory
- Outlet selection outlet based on what product needs
- Outlet Trader Acquisition with 2 main strategies :
- Trader Pintar : gather all potential outlet with high volume, visit to role model outlet and discuss to persuade outlet to join Warung Pintar
- Canvassing : visit potential outlet directly to educate outlet to join Warung Pintar and willing to trading transaction with Warung Pintar
- Get commitment with outlet those agree with target transaction in Warung Pintar
- Ensure new Trader comply and conduct with Trader transaction rules
- Build good relationship with Trader in order to retention transaction
- Routine report to Trader Manager
