Job Description

• Draft, negotiate and review the various range of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Analyze any issues related to legal practice and take preventive measures to minimize the impact and legal consequences for the Company
• Negotiate to customers and / or other third parties related to adjustments to the policies owned by the company
• Review and share relevant update of regulations to internal company
• Evaluate and advises management regarding legal risk and compliance matters
• Monitor update company’s certification license and permit
• Documenting all legal documents
